The following tables show the lands and privileges forfeited to Robert I, those who forfeited, and those who benefited. Prominent among the beneficiaries are close Bruce allies like James Douglas, Robert Lauder, Earl Malcolm of Lennox, a very young Robert Stewart, and the king's bastard son, Robert. The second table lists the names of the forfeiters with details about their situations vis-a-vis the Scottish crown. A number of the men were members of the pro-Balliol plot to unseat King Robert in 1320, including the apparent ringleader, William Soulis. Some of the lesser-known individuals to forfeit were named as enemies and/or rebels in the charter evidence.
